About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our coworking centers, manage client relationships, and ensure a smooth workplace experience. The role includes handling Front Office and Back Office operations, attending client calls when required, managing grievances, and coordinating with a team of 2–3 executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily center operations
  • Oversee Front Office and Back Office activities
  • Handle client queries and grievances
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients
  • Ensure smooth workspace operations and client satisfaction
  • Maintain operational reports
  • May have to supervise and coordinate with 2–3 executives

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in co-working, hospitality, or workspace management
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • College Graduate preferred
  • Experience handling client interactions and resolving customer concerns professionally
  • Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities proactively
