Members can choose from hot desks and dedicated desks to more structured environments like private cabins, chambers, and fully enclosed offices. For individuals who need a balance between openness and privacy, the “Cube” workspace provides a unique solution: offering a semi-enclosed setup that allows for both focused work and collaboration when needed.
In addition, pods and quiet work areas are available for deep focus, while meeting rooms and conference spaces provide professional environments for discussions, presentations, and client interactions.
For those times you feel overwhelmed with screens and meetings, our Inspire location offers a library place to relax and our collection of thoughtfully handpicked books, though you can bring your own reading material of course.

Rooms can be scheduled whenever required, depending on availability. Reservations are handled on a first-come basis, and usage is charged hourly.
Zioks takes care of receiving your mail and packages, with forwarding options available so you don’t miss important deliveries.
Each workspace includes reliable high-speed internet via both wired and Wi-Fi connections. Upgraded options, including dedicated bandwidth and enterprise-level connectivity, can be arranged at an additional cost.

Zioks provides a flexible, shared workspace in Salt Lake, Kolkata designed to support growth for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and businesses. The environment encourages collaboration and networking, while offering modern amenities that help create a comfortable and efficient place to work.
Guests are permitted as long as they are associated with your business, such as clients or collaborators. We ask that all visitors respect the workspace and do not disturb other members.
Members can access the workspace from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. After hours access can be arranged at Zioks Inspire for an additional fee.
You cannot alter or change any part of your workspace without permission from staff. Any physical signs of damage or alteration to our property may incur a fine, and if egregious enough may cause you to be barred from ZIOKS. However you may customize your workspace with some decor provided that you have prior consent from us.
Please provide at least four weeks’ notice before ending your lease. To receive your full security deposit, the workspace should be returned in good condition.
Lease terms vary by workspace type. Flexi-seats and pods can be booked for short durations starting at one week, while private offices and executive suites typically require a minimum three-month commitment. Longer terms, up to 11 months, are available, with renewal options.
