Director Of Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Oversee operations, facilities, and overall service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Operations (preferably in co-working, real estate, or rental facility management).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales and managing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree, in a Business related field is preferred.
• Proven experience managing teams, vendors, and day-to-day business operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial awareness, including budgeting, expense management, and operational reporting.
