ZIOKS members enjoy six-day access, Monday through Saturday. Staffed services and assistance are available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM IST. If you need support or hosting outside these hours—for example, for a private event—please connect with our sales team to arrange special rates.
Members are not allowed to physically modify their assigned space without approval from our staff. Any unapproved alterations or damages may result in penalties, and in extreme cases, termination of your membership. However, décor and light personalization are welcome once cleared with our team.
We request a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice if you decide not to extend your lease. To ensure your security deposit is refunded in full, return the space in a clean condition without visible damage.
Personal pods are offered on 11-month contracts, with easy renewal options at the end of the term. Reach out to our team for more information.
